Booking terms
- Check-in is after 12:00 on the day of arrival and check-out by 10:00 on the day of departure.
- If a guest does not vacate the room by 10:00, the price of bed and breakfast is charged.
- An extra bed is added at the guest's request (where conditions allow).
- Board services are sold for a minimum of three nights; otherwise the price is increased by 20%.
- The hotel only recognises reservations confirmed by a 30% advance payment. To cancel a reservation, the guest must do so at least 20 days in advance, otherwise the hotel keeps the advance. If a guest decides to leave earlier than the reservation for which the advance was paid, they must notify the hotel at least 4 days in advance, otherwise 20% of the total value of the unused reservation is charged.
- In the event of disruptions in the goods and services market, inflation or other problems, the hotel reserves the right to adjust prices for the unpaid part of the arrangement.
- City tax for children aged 7 to 15 is 30.00 RSD. Children under 7 do not pay city tax. The amount of city tax is set by the City of Kraljevo.
- Children aged 4 to 10 pay 50% of the service price when sharing a bed, or 70% when using a separate bed.
- The third or fourth person in an apartment (aged 10 and over) pays 70% of the apartment accommodation price; persons aged 4–9 pay 50%.
- Physiotherapy services are charged according to a separate price list.
